Re: load tightvnc-server before OS install?

Personally, for headless system I recommend using IMPI via TCP/IP as you 
can also handle BIOS changes and settings, as well as power on/off and 
reboot the machine.  The other option if to use an IP KVM solution.  Any 
software solution requires a running OS and you can't see anything until 
the boot OS is loaded and then the software must load before you can 
connect.

I bought a new HP PC and it now has screensave, sleep, and shutdown 
settings in the BIOS!!  You can't change that remotely unless your now 
1) not headless, 2) use IPMI, or 3) use IP KVM.
