In configuration on Client, under Access Control Tab, you can setup IP ranges where someone in that range can do one of three things, 1) Allow no approval, Query ask for Approval, or Deny to never allow access. This list is read top down to the last entry should have from 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255 DENY. With this being last, you can prevent accidental access from any other than those allowed, There is also a Query setting. This allows for possible access if owner of server is away or off work. I Use on query 45 seconds as reject on my machine, meaning I have to be logged in and at machine to approve. I am in IT an need to manage systems with no user on sight. So the users would have 45 seconds and Accept connection.
