connect to a pc that is under a vpn

Hello this is the situation:
Server IP address 10.10.51.101
the server is under  sevio R200
the sevio IP is 192.168.......
in the servo lan I have also a PLC IP add.10.10.51.100
I'm able to connect to the plc because the plc program allows me to select
the Sevio LAN device
but with  tight vnc I'm not able to select the LAN card of the client and I
think that it uses the normal lan adapter

Did you have any suggestions??
