[tin 1.7.x] new snapshots

new snapshots at the usual place:
<ftp://ftp.tin.org/pub/news/clients/tin/unstable/snapshots/>

just two fixes over the last snap:
- in btach_mode regular expressions weren't initialized but
  used (in eat_re() for -N/-M options)
- the search keys ('/','?','\') were missing from the options menu
