new snapshots at the usual place:

including:
- Michaels filter_menu() fix
- merged {Group,Select,Thread}BugReport to BugReport
- fixed missing POST_EDIT from post_cancel_keys
- a ~50% done russian translation - might need some proofreading
- a very very basic autogenerated kinyarwanda translation which needs
someone who is willing to review, fix and enhance it.
