one problem of the multipart threading might be that it automatically
sorts the articles in the 'thread' (no matter if sort_art_type=0;
sort_art_type in percentage and multipart threading do affect the
thread order) where as the percentage 'threading' doesn't sort the
articles inside a thread. this might be required (or at least it
would make it easier) to find 'missing' articles in the thread in the
multipart threading code....
