I've made new snapshots including Dirks attributes patch and a fix for
the possible buffer overflow in rfc1522_do_encode() with huge input.

The attributes patch has a few mem-leaks on exit (ccmalloc exposes them)
and it currently strips the comments out of the attributes file (we could
use something like the we do for the filter file to fix this).

rfc1522_do_encode() now allows unlimited length input but the rest of the
code shortens some strings to 2K in some places (e.g. look at the subject of
<ccc3b705-7599-45a2-8620-670a72dc55d7@b40g2000prf.googlegroups.com> in
raw-mode) -> those places should be identfied and the limitations reemoved.

I did updated libcanlock and added a configure switch for it to turn it on
and rewrote url_handler.sh in perl (url_handler.pl) which partly follows
$BROWSER (see <http://www.catb.org/~esr/BROWSER/> and
<http://www.dwheeler.com/browse/secure_browser.html>).

As I'm moving from Karlsruhe to Hamburg tomorrow to start a new job I will
not have (full) internet access till ~February (I dont even have my computer
with me at this point). The current snap is not very well tested, but it
works for me (compiled on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu and i686-pc-linux-gnu
with icc and gcc).

Anyway, here the new snap:
