[tin 1.9.x] new snapshots

I've made new snapshots including fixes for some rare memleaks and a
out out bound read, mutibyte aware space calculation for groupnames and
descriptions and a more restricted IDN ccTLD check.

IMHO the code is good enough for the next stable release within the
next few month. estimated timeline/roadmap:

summer 2010: 1.9.6
	feature freze
	last 1.x unstable release

winter 2010: 2.0.0

summer 2011: 2.0.1
	bugfix release

summer 2011: 2.1.0
	new 2.x unstable branch
