I've made snapshots of the upcomming tin 2.1.0 (unstable) release
fixing the error message for attributes without a scope, adding
IDNA 2008 support if libidnkit is found (TODO: use libicuuc as
fallback if found) and adding timestamps to the nntp debug output.
