Hello,
I'm using tin 1.7.4, and my locale charset is UTF-8.
Non-ASCII characters are sometimes displayed correctly,
but sometimes not:
In the thread-view, every line which contains a non-ASCII sign
is blank ... and in the option-menu, every non-ASCII sign isn't
shown at all.
But when e.g. a single article is displayed, everything works fine.
I can't figure out why it doesn't work ... does anyone have the save
problem and/or knows what to do?
tin -V reports:

`locale charmap` returns UTF-8
