I'd use local caching, if that is no option (due to lack of
diskspace) I'd use something like getart_limit=-100 or
getart_limit=-500 (a negative value ensures that you won't lose any
articles which might happen with positive values!) so threads can be
build propperly. you might also want to take a look at the other
connection speed up switches like -d, -n and -q.
