I have received a autogenerated translation of tin into Kinyarwanda,
which needs a _very strong_ review. Anyone speaking Kinyarwanda and is
willing to look at this?

I have also received a russian translation of tin (work in progress,
~50% done). If any russian speaking user is willing to review it
