the server doesn't like the group commands (which is very strange, mybe it
doesn't like the pipelining, but inn usualy do n ot have a problem with this
and in RFC 3977 (not yet released) allows pipeling for group).

tin connects to what is set in $NNTPSERVER - if you use multiple newsservers
you should use ~/.tin/newsrctable and the -g cmdline switch.
