I never used it in tin itself, but from mutt (and the general
meaning of "postpone") I guess you once hit some key accidently
which "postponed" a posting which you were working on, so that you
could continue later (obviously by pressing ^O).
Press ^O and see what happens (or why it happened in 1st place).
