Multiple NNTP servers, how to handle in tin?

Is there any way to have tin handle multiple NNTP servers?

I don't mean multiple servers for the same newsgroups, I mean handling
newsgroups that come from different NNTP servers.  I'd really like to
be able to see all my newsgroups at one time rather than having to run
tin separately for each news server.
