the servers overview records miss some article numbers given in the
active file so tin tries to fetch the missing data via HEAD/NEXT
which is slow. blame the newsadmin of news.annexcafe.com

cache_overview_files may help, but the right thing is to ask the
newsadmin of news.annexcafe.com to rebuild the overview data (and/or
do a renumber, the lowmark of at least one newsgroup is not correct).

as they may use other stragegies (i.e. not try to fethc the missing
data and thus might totally miss some articles).
