I already noticed many uses of double negatives in tin documentation.
This may be considered bad style, but it also makes understanding
sentences much harder.  Take the example, wouldn't it be better to
write:

    Don't generate a ''Sender:'' header. This has an effect only if
    inews_prog is set to --internal.
