Missing headers

Hi,
how to eneable Content-Type and Content-Transfer-Encoding headers in
tin? I`m using User-Agent: tin/1.6.2-20030910 ("Pabbay") (UNIX)
(FreeBSD/5.1-CURRENT (i386)). In my tinrc file:
# Charset supported locally which is also used for MIME header and
# Content-Type header.
# If not set, the value of the environment variable MM_CHARSET is used.
# Set to US-ASCII or compile time default if neither of them is defined.
# If MIME_STRICT_CHARSET is defined at compile-time, charset other than
# mm_charset is considered not displayable and represented as '?'.
mm_charset=ISO-8859-2

In my tin options:
    95. Insert 'User-Agent:'-header        : ON
    96. MM_CHARSET                         : ISO-8859-2
    97. MIME encoding in news messages     : 8bit
    98. Use 8bit characters in news headers: ON
    99. MIME encoding in mail messages     : 8bit
   100. Use 8bit characters in mail headers: ON

Maybe you can help me make my tin to add this headers to my posts.
