depends on your setup: if you use an external like i.e. mutt (can be
controlled via mailer_format and interactive_mailer) and that mailer
is configured to keep a copy of the outgoing mail: yes, but if you use
the default setup: no. 

tin itself doesn't keep any mails and for articles that depends on
the setting of posted_articles_file. the default is to keep a copy
in ~/Mail/posted (but just for articles, not for mails!)
