testing; and a few questions

Hi there.
Hope this is just a low traffic group, I subscribed a week ago
but haven't seen posts (unless they got lost in the spam array)

For some reason, my old academic account downgraded tin to an
ancient version, so I looked for a windows-ready version of tin
(ready to move out from that old account) but didn't see much,
so instead I downloaded and compiled the latest for Solaris.

It's 1.6.2, and I got very use to 1.4.X--I've managed to undo
a few new features that I found unhelpful, but there are still a
few things:

1. is there any way to actually turn off the coloring used for
_text_ *like* /this/? I thought the option
"Word highlighting in message body : OFF"
would do it, but it still changes the color. I guess i could just
have it display mark instead of mark and set everything else to
   black, but it's still annoying.

2. A bigger concern: old tin used to display the header for the first
page of a message, but not on any following pages. Is there anyway
to get that old behavior? It was convenient to clearly see when one
article was still going and when the next one had started...

3. Anyone had any luck getting this to work for windows? I tried grabbing
an older binary release, got cygwin for it, but it complains about
   TERM settings, or lack thereof...

Thanks!
