virtual hosts not working ?

I installed TUX with RH7.3 successfully. And it turned out to be very fast. Well, I think that was obvious ;-)
By now I found some information about this host-header-problem I wrote about. I found a mail in the archive.

Anyway, it looks like virtual hosts are not working.
virtual_server in /proc/sys/net/tux is 1
mass_hosting_hash is 0
string_host_tail is 0 
doc-root is /www/htdocs/

This is my set up. If I access a domain, TUX does not redirect to the specified directory.

http://domain.com/index.html should be in /www/htdocs/domain.com/index.html, but it shows /www/htdocs/index.html.

Any idea why TUX is not doing that correctly ?
