tux hangs machine when stopping service after a month of intensive work

Hi.

Just wanted to notice, that i have expirienced today for the 3rd time tux hanging my machine after a month of 10M hits/day when i run /etc/init.d/tux stop

the 2 times before my machine crashed completely, and this time i was able to ping the machine, but no http or ssh access. I don't have phisical access to the machine at the time, so i couldn't see that's was going on on the console. 

If anyone has a idea ...

By the way, did anyone have the 100%cpu bug emerge again in the latest tux ? i didn't, so i believe it is fixed ?
