Hello,

I am running Gentoo linux on my server. I just wanted to compile the Tux
programs but popt.h is needed for them - which I don't have. The
ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/code directory doesn't exist anymore. Could
someone point me to a server that has the latest version?
