Hey, you must be using a old version of user space tux utils, get the 
latest from http://people.redhat.com/mingo/TUX-patches/tux-2.2.7.tar.gz

Mine loks like:
209.237.238.163 - - [01/Dec/2002:04:25:04 +0100] "GET /robots.txt 
HTTP/1.0" 200 24 "-" "ia_archiver"

P.D. I personally patched tux2w3c some versions ago to better fit my log 
analyze tools, but you should be aware that tux logging seems to be the 
cause of some problems, search the list for more, my server does no 
suffer this, but my server is quite strange, it does not fit in the high 
performance side of the bell  it's a p100, so search yourself.
