tux mime types

just out of curiosity, I was working with tux and noticed that the mime
types appear to be case sensitive.

i.e. jpg is served by tux, but JPG and Jpg were passed through.  I made
the appropriate changes to the mime types, but can't keep thinking that
the mime type decoding should really be case insensitive.

Thoughts?
