Tux using xinetd

(sorry my English, I hope you can understand me)

I was traying implementTUX service. I wanted configurated TUX like webserver and ftp server

But I find somes problems doing it. (I use RH9)

1.- My RH9 use xinetd, but I can't start Tux service with it
2.- I need FTP to upload weppages to the server. I can use ftp tux service to download file from the server, but I have problem to upload files.

Where have I to see or what I have to do to fix this problem. I just read a lot of documentacion but I can't find nathing about tux and xinedt
