ie. you want to cache those pages via actual 'Showpage.php?user=name'
files [and have them served as static pages by Tux], and you want Tux to
fall back to Apache only if these files do not exist?

or are you doing the normal thing of redirecting all failed requests to
Apache? In this case i dont really see how Tux could end up sending a 404,
unless Apache does not listen on the secondary port.
