[patch] tux3-2.6.0-C3

i've ported Tux to 2.6.0. A test release can be found at:

 	redhat.com/~mingo/TUX-patches/tux3-2.6.0-C3

functionality-wise this version has all the latest features and fixes.
(it's equivalent to tux3-2.4.23-A1) It needs the latest userspace
package:

 	redhat.com/~mingo/TUX-patches/tux-3.2.15.tar.gz

i've tested it with simple workloads and modules, and fixed all obvious
problems, but this 2.6 Tux port is otherwise quite fresh, so be careful. 
It has no known regressions at the moment.
