Optimizing TUX

Can anyone refer me to an Optimization Guide? I'm looking to get the
best possible performance out of TUX running on a 1p kernel with 4
NIC's. I've already divied the worker threads between the NIC's and
have changed a few other settings, of which I can share out if needed.
