Yes, you are true, this was the URL where they lived, but now it seems
that there are only patches.

Well, you could try to grab the src rpm (from fedora for  example
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/4/SRPMS/tux-3.2.18-4.src.rpm)
and build them manually.
