Just to add some more to this:

When downloading multiple large files (in my case an ISO image) 51 x 
15mb files UUENCODED or Yenc. The ubh process consumes all available 
memory and will eventually crash/lock the server. 

Is this something I should just work around as Im using the Stable3 
beta 3.01b version? Or is it just a bug?
