You want to use version 3.0.

You can either look at the files using CVS via the web:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ubh/stable3/


Or you can use anonymous CVS access as described at the bottom
of this page: 

http://ubh.sourceforge.net/download.html

Since 3.0 is technically still in beta, there is no .tar.gz
distribution (yet).
