Regexp in MySQL

Hi there.

The CHANGES document from stable3/doc states:

"Implemented as much of the logic and algorithms as possible as SQL
statements."

One thing that could be moved into the database is the regexp matching
in uhbmark.. MySQL can do REGEXPs just fine. See
