Re: Running programs in parallel

from what i could see, ubhdb can not be run in parallel with ubh 
because it marks all the "processing" articles as "unread" (which is 
bad for obvious reasons). i've had to comment that out.
not sure about ubhasm, but i *think* it'll be fine since ubh deals 
with a set of articles it queries at the beginning, therefore adding 
more to the assemblies will only impact it on the next run (unless 
there's some sort of cleanup going on in ubhasm, which i'll have to 
check).
sorry for ambiguous answers, but i'm still not completely awake. 
check it out, ubhdb and ubhasm are actually very easy to map out... 
ubh is relatively simple as well (if you do your own decoder, such 
as "yydecode" which for me personally proved to be much more reliable 
and useful than "uudecode" recommended earlier in this group).

P.S. i've rewritten some things to use binded variables, and it 
speeds things up tremendously.. just an idea
