tweaking around with ubh3 ...

I downloaded it earlier today and I've been doing some tweaking, just
to get it to work.  (most notably, I want to keep ubh-2.5 installed so
I renamed allt he binaries, docs, and some internal stuff to ubh3
(from ubh)).
But aside from the install scripts, where are the binaries to
setup/add news servers, newsgroups, users, etc?  Perhaps you need a
new binary called ubhsetup?

# ubhsetup -g some.news.group.to.add -d directory.to.download.to
to setup a group
# ubhsetup -s [email protected]
to add a new server

etc...

I know enough about perl and mysql to do most of this myself, but does
the average jane/john?
