ok, "active" is implemented.

Looking it over, I think the problem of empty tables with the last 
few messges is the "F" for active in the servers table.

reload it with T for F in 2_servers.sql or in your favorite MySQL 
utility update servers set active = "T" (if you want to activate them 
all)

THEN run ubhdb.  It'll start sipping.
