Fixed problem with long subjects causing db errors in metainfo

After over a year and a half with my new computer I finally
got around to installing WinCvs so that I can commit fixes
to CVS on SourceForge.
The only pending change I have regards a small bug with
the way long (more than 128 char) subjects are logged in
the metainfo table.
ubh stores and assembles article subjects as CHAR(255). Always
did, always will.
However, after all is said and done, when it comes time to
log the metadata in the metainfo table, the subject column
is VARCHAR(128).
Every once in awhile you may run across an article with a
subject longer than 128 characters. This will (would) cause
a database insertion error when ubh tried to log this subject
in the metainfo table.
I have committed a fix for this to the file=20
/stable3/lib/Ubh/Metadata.pm

The behavior is that ubh will truncate subjects longer than 128 chars
when logging them in the metainfo table. Processing of long subjects
(up to 255 chars) has always been supported and will not be affected.
This change only affects the logging of long subjects in the metainfo
table.
