You'll have to GRANT the CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES privilege (new in
4.x)  in order for ubhcatalog to work with mysql 4 ... I believe.

Still trying to get it working, keep having failures, but, that fixes
one small problem if you're running mysql 4.x
