how do I download a second time?

I've been using ubh v 3 and think it is great. I do have one question
that I could use advice on. If I want to download files a second time,
how do I do that? I can't seem to figure out the proper way to use
ubhmark, if for example I erase the files before I burn them to
cd-rom. :)
