Maintenance release of Unison 2.40

Although 2.40 has now been superseded by a new stable version (2.48), we=E2=
=80=99re aware that it will continue to be used for some time, so we=E2=80=
=99ve also released a maintenance update, version 2.40.128.  Sources can be=
 found here:

   http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/download.html

The main change is that 2.40.128 will work with new versions of OCaml (whic=
h the old stable version, 2.40.102, does not).=20=20
