So I would suggest that the "admin" should open a construction-like
page on the Unison-wiki. It would be a nice base to see, discuss and
modify the text. And it is possible to review the modifications in the
page history.
After uploading the patch the page can be deleted of course.
Maybe: "Construction.unix-build-doc"
