I'm no expert, but clearly this is a temporary file or directory created
by Unison.  (The trailing "/" that you write makes it unclear if you are
describing it as a directory.)  It is likely that an execution of Unison
was interrupted and so Unison did not dispose of the file correctly.

My recommendation is to move the file to some "junk" location, then
re-run Unison.  If "Observations des lions PNNK 
cumulatif_rev4a.xls" gets copied correctly, then just delete the
temporary file.
