properties changed

Trying to synchronize my website with a local copy, I find that zillions of files have differing props.

How can I tell them ALL to either merge (m) or use newer (]) instead of having to type that key for every <censored> file?

If file _content_ has changed, I don't want it to be automatic, but properties should not matter.
