Re: synchronising unison backups

Greg M. you may need to accurately qualify what you are wanting to
accomplish. I personally do use Unison to sync my cold storage hard drives
to my data.
I am not seeking an incremental backup strategy, that sounds like what you
want. If I understand what you are looking for you have two possible
solutions.
1 - Use Unison to synchronize your backups. Use different media for your
incremental. E.g. rotate media like you would tapes.
2 - Use an incremental backup software in place of Unison.
