Thanks for clarifying.  Sorry, but problems with Homebrew should be
address to Homebrew.  If they are redistributing our CI binaries, that's
fine (GPL3 compliance obviously), but if they don't want to because the
project isn't engaging with Apple, that's their call and not our
problem.

It would surely require a natural person or a corporation to sign a
contract with Apple.  It is overwhelmingly likely that the contract has
unreasonable terms.  That's vastly beyond trivial.

(Your comment didn't sound like "If license fees are the blocking issue,
I'd be happy to have my company pay them."  It came across as projecting
a belief that the unison project was somehow obligated to do work
because of Apple/Homebrew decisions.)
