Pheobe binary works ok according to reports, the rawhide src.rpm is
needed because the last couple of rawhide binaries are built against a
newer glibc.

My proposal is to build the src.rpm as a full binary for rhl 8.x, and
supply that with the noarch.rpm that we usually supply.

Also, I've just recvd an example of what the freak I was doing wrong in
the spec file, so I think I've got all the bits now.

Is everyone happy enough with the CODE in CVS (1.4.x-branch) to call
that 1.4.3? Or should I do a snapshot?
