This is the sub-channel feature of the client, and is not supported in
any version of Current yet. It may make it into 1.6.0. The dev list
would be the place to ask/confirm whatever.

How do people do this today? You list the appropriate redhat update
directories when you make the main channel.

So [redhat-8.0-i386]
has
rpm_dirs = /lasdjlja/laksdjlkjad/RPMS
           /updates/8.0/i386
           /update/8.0/i586

etc etc.

Current will scan ALL those directories, adding the latest version of
each package to the main channel.

Sorry - its a feature everyone wants.
