0.9.5 annoucement

All, 
   0.9.5 and the second edition of Toby's patch are on the ftp server.

0.9.5 server was tested (the rpm at least), although I didn't test the
client rpm. It worked.
 
I tried to reproduce (and fix) Joe Ammann's problems with solveDep, and 
wasn't able to. Joe, could you make SURE you're starting clean, and give
0.9.5 a try?

Everyone, 
   YOU MUST RECREATE YOUR DATABASES WITH THIS VERSION.

0.9.6 will include database versioning, so hopefully thats the last time
I have to shout... :)

There are still a couple of things left to do before a 1.0, but the most
important is to really bang on this. 

Toby's sql patch will officially become part of current in version 1.1,
but its on the ftp server for brave souls to try/test. [Current will use
a system like the linux kernel, where odd minor versions are developemnt
only, so 1.0 and 1.1 will probably ship the same week]
