A) Noone else should send such log sizes to the list
B) Always set the networkretries option in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date

I'll be putting out a snapshot in a bit for testing of the solveDeps
problem - it looks like I also mislaid the cron patch, which will also
be in the snapshot.
