The postgres and python it requires are part of Red Hat 7.2 (the
postgres should be portable, but hte python routines were improved in
the version that shipped in 7.2 - we should really use the new routines)

I can't see how v1.1 would install as easily as 1.0 - you're going ot
have to setup postgres, and then run the cdbadmin utility (or whatever)
to get the tables created. 

Yep, its added complexity. Yep, it'll get worse with the proposed
apache/mod_python engine that I hope will be the focus of 1.3. The
question that remains unanswered for everyone that is a Current user is,
is the added complexity worth the additional features and scalability
that the complexity will provide.
